We’re thrilled to be working with Amy Snow to establish our new operation in Queenstown. Amy will deliver personalised resettlement programmes for people relocating to this beautiful spot from offshore, and around New Zealand.
“Queenstown is a stunning place to live. ts popularity does mean that housing and other infrastructure is under pressure – but I relish the challenge of getting newcomers settled into homes, schools and the local community” says Amy.
Our HR partners rely on Mobile to facilitate and manage the home-front adjustment for their incoming people and their families. This keeps employees productive through the upheaval of a move and reduces the risk of assignment failure.
It’s a big responsibility.
Living in Doha, post-earthquake Christchurch and now Queenstown has given Amy a wealth of personal experience with relocating and re-establishing in new places.
Amy grew up in the deep south of New Zealand and trained as a teacher. Moving around with her husband’s career as an engineer, Amy has continued working in education and they now have two children – one born in the Middle East. The family is currently on their second assignment in Queenstown so Amy is both fresh to the rapidly-growing city and also able to draw on her longstanding networks and local knowledge.
